Why do you want to follow your dreams?

Why do you want to achieve your dreams?

And if you can’t find an answer to this question at once, know that there is a reason, a deeper meaning why this dream comes up in your mind over and over again. If you can dream and visualize it, then this dream is for you.

It is meant for you to pursue it.

A fact I had to remind myself of multiple times: If you can dream it, you can do it.

Sometimes you can’t put the ‘Why’ into proper words. It’s more a feeling, an intuition that is calling you to go for it.When you can’t find your ‘Why’ ask yourself the opposite question: What will I lose when I don’t go for it? What will my life be like in five, ten years if I don’t try?

My answer to this question is a feeling.

I feel a tremendous sadness, a feeling of regret, of being stuck, the loss of feeling free and alive.

I realize that this is what my journey of following my dreams is all about: Freedom, aliveness, adventure and connection, connection to my body, mind and soul but also to the people who go with me on this journey and of course the connection to the ocean, my great passion.

This is my ‘why’, a life where I can experience all these feelings and on a side effect I become healthier, stronger, more confident and happier. I start to grow and evolve which leads to so much more changes for the better in other areas of my life, too.

What is your ‚Why‘? Why do you follow your dreams?
